We are looking for General Labor/ Grinder to work 2nd shift on Monday- Friday.
Must be able to train on 1st shift working 7:00am – 3:00pm.
Pay: $20/Hr.
Primary duties of General Labor/ Grinder include:
Operate multiple grinders positioned side by side or across from one another to maximize production output.
Maintain awareness of wet conditions caused by grinding coolant on machines and floors to prevent slips, trips and falls.
Move back and forth between grinders to ensure continuous operation and efficient workflow.
Maintain close attention to detail while monitoring machine performance and product quality.
Perform job duties while standing, twisting, bending, and moving for a minimum of 8hrs per day.
Work safely in a wet environment where grinding coolants are present on machine floors.
Follow all safety procedures and demonstrate strong work habits to prevent slips, falls, and equipment- related hazards.
Requirements of General Labor/ Grinder include:
Stand and walk for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
Frequently twist, bend and move between machines throughout the shift.
Preform repetitive movements while monitoring and operating equipment.
Work continuously in a wet, industrial environment with exposure to grinding coolant.
